Shipping

• We ship nationwide. Home delivery: free.
• Delivery time: 7–14 business days from the order. Business days are Sunday–Thursday, excluding holidays.
• You can also pick up the painting yourself from the gallery, 23 Binyan David, Beitar Illit, free of charge. We will arrange a time with you by phone.
• Every painting is carefully packed, with protection for the corners and the canvas surface.

Cancellations and returns

• You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the painting, by notifying us by phone at 054-842-4531 or by email.
• The painting must be returned in its original condition, without damage and in its original packaging.
• The money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower, as set by the Consumer Protection Law.
• The cost of shipping back to the gallery is paid by the customer. You can also return the painting directly to the gallery in Beitar Illit.
• If the painting arrived damaged, we will replace it or refund the full amount, including shipping. Please let us know within 3 days of receiving the painting, with a photo of the damage.

Custom-made works

A painting commissioned especially for you – in a size, subject or colors of your choice – cannot be cancelled once work on it has begun, as set by law.
